Today, on 3 July, the Supervisory Board of the NLB met for the first time in new composition, at an informative meeting.
As it is known, the shareholders of the Bank appointed eight new members of the Supervisory Board of NLB d.d. at the General Meeting of Shareholders last Wednesday, 27 June, for the period until the expiry of the term of office of the originally appointed members of the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board of the NLB now consists of ten members. Two of them are representatives of KBC, namely Riet Docx and John Hollows, while the following are new members: Sašo Cunder, Miro Germ, Albin Hojnik, PhD, Janko Medja, Miran Pleterski, Matjaž Schroll, Klemen Vidic and Stephan Wilcke.
At the meeting, the members acknowledged the method of work of the Supervisory Board and its bodies, and discussed their work in the future. The next meeting of the Supervisory Board is scheduled for July.
